brought the Docker integration tests to 4.5. They still break depending on how
they are run (in IntelliJ, for example). Until `docker-client` uses shaded jars
(see [this
comment](https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/9876#issuecomment-159065048)),
updating this dependency may be the best approach.
