[SPARK-5174][SPARK-5175] add more APIs to actorReceiver
there are some implemented, yet hidden from user, functionality, in
ActorReceiver, e.g. create more receiver actors, message statistics
I added the APIs in the existing ActorReceiver to expose these
functionalities to the user
