[SPARK-8171] [Web UI] Simulated infinite scrolling using current pagination
code in Spark log viewers
Replaced previous and next buttons with load more and load new buttons at
the top and bottom of the log to simulate infinite scrolling with page
refreshes using the current pagination system.
