Just saw the discussion on the JIRA.
IMO this is a bit too specific, wouldn't it make sense to include a more
generic version of MapAccumulatorParam. Something like MapAccumulatorParam[A,
B], where B has to have an implicit AccumulatorParam[B] itself?
