Hey @mengxr , I updated the text to be in sync with the Scala docs where it
made sense. For some params, it's not quite the same - like how python does
not necessary need an RDD of type Vectors, etc. I also tried to just update
the text on the Scala side and not mess with the formatting too much, so there
are still some small inconsistencies with things like the default value
placement, but I think that would be better suited in a separate JIRA.
