in `toJava`, we convert internal types to exteral ones(e.g. UTF8String ->
String, ArrayData -> ArrayList), the `InternalRow` is the only exception, we
convert it to `GenericInternalRowWithSchema`! I think using
`GenericRowWithSchema` is more clear for it.
