While working on this codebase, I am finding it mentally tedious to
continuously map `ContinuousQuery` interface to `StreamExecution`. Intuitively,
the latter sounds like a totally new, separate concept compared to
`ContinuousQuery`. It may be more intuitive from code readability point of view
to call this `ContinuousQueryImpl`.
