Thanks for working on this @willb!
One thought: We might want to put this in in the Resolution batch instead
of in its own batch. That way we don't have to call `ResolveReferences`
manually. It'll also let us handle queries like `SELECT * ... FROM (SELECT *
FROM ... HAVING ...) HAVING ...`
