[Minor][Core] Removed multi-byte characters in template file
In spark-env.sh.template, there are multi-byte characters, this PR will
remove it.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/sasakitoa/spark remove_multibyte_in_sparkenv
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
