Pushed changes to address scalastyle test failures.
Also, in order to run multiple dispatchers on the same mesos cluster, you
should set `spark.deploy.zookeeper.dir` to something other than the default,
which is ["/spark_mesos_dispatcher"][0], for each dispatcher or mesos will use
the same zookeeper path and there will be conflicts.
