@zsxwing I dont have a constructor to do object initialization for the
FilePhantomReferences class. I am guessing that could also be causing python
broadcast to fail with null pointer exception. I am going to fix that. I will
also remove the change on 920(out.close), I tried removing that line earlier to
test something and added the wrong one.
