[SPARK-13213][SQL] Use CartisianProduct instead of BroacastNestedLoopJoin

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This patch uses `CartisianProduct` instead of `BroacastNestedLoopJoin` for
a logical.join if possibly, as the performance of `CartisianProduct` is
improved recently.
## How was the this patch tested?
A benchmark test and its result are added into `BenchmarkWholeStageCodegen`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/viirya/spark-1 cartisianproduct-bnlj
