    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    
    Enable AssociationRules to generate consequents with user-defined lengths
    
    
    ## How was the this patch tested?
    
    unit test and manual test were done. The output‘s accuracy was checked on 
three open datasets comparing to SPMF toolbox 
(www.philippe-fournier-viger.com/spmf
