[SPARK-13594][SQL] remove typed operations(e.g. map, flatMap) from python
DataFrame
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Remove `map`, `flatMap`, `mapPartitions` from python DataFrame, to prepare
for Dataset API in the future.
