So I think we should make this configurable. We can leave it as
undocumented config but at least with it as a config users can have a fall back
and tune as their job needs or set really high to get previous behavior.
@nezihyigitbasi have you done any manually testing with real applications
on this?
I'm not thinking of any cases where trying all locations would necessarily
help (it would be possible but not sure how likely) but I'll think about it
some more tomorrow.
