@MLnick thanks for the advice. @thunterdb I thought people may want the
ability to adjust it a la `ParamGridBuilder`. After thinking about it, I
believe that increasing the quantile precision will always improve scores (or
at least have no affect) on most reasonable metrics so maybe it's not worth
exposing. Does anyone have objections to _not_ exposing?
