[HOTFIX] Add MQTT resolver to oldDeps to fix MiMa flakiness
This patch adds a missing resolver for an old MQTT client JAR in order to
address a MiMa flakiness issue on Jenkins.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/JoshRosen/spark mima-flakiness-fix
