[SPARK-13895][SQL]Change the return type of DataFrameReader.text
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Change the return type of `DataFrameReader.text` from `DataFrame` to
`Dataset[String]`
## How was this patch tested?
No additional unit test required.
