@srowen thanks for looking at this!
I believe job descriptions were intended to contains only plain texts at
first, but HTMLs were introduced in for streaming jobs by
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/8791. Hyperlinks in the
`CompletedJobs`/`CompletedStages` tables are proven quite useful, so I think
may we'll need one more version of the job description? Any thoughts on how to
make this elegant would be appreciated :)
