they are talking about the WorkerWatcher. This seemed to mostly kill the driver 
process but not always, e.g. right after DriverRunner.start. I just want to be 
sure that it make sense to have both that and a shutdown hook in place?
    
    WorkerWatcher counts on the network disconnect message. However, netty may 
not be able to detect that. So worker should also try to kill the alive drivers.
