BTW, a different approach where the list of known configs is kept by the
code in `o.a.s.internal.config` would make this change simpler. The main reason
I didn't do that is because initialization of these conf variables relies on
triggering static initialization of classes, which may not happen in all cases,
so there might be missed duplicates.
