[SPARK-14069][SQL][WIP] Improve SparkStatusTracker to also track executor
information
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Track executor information like host and port, cache size, running tasks.
TODO:
1. make sure the information meets requirements.
2. add comments.
3. add tests
