There's a number of tests cases in this file that only differ in a few
parameters (e.g. the partial aggregation tests). These might be a candidate
for ScalaTests's [table-driven property
checks](http://www.scalatest.org/user_guide/table_driven_property_checks).
Unfortunately, ScalaTest's `forAll(table)` short-circuits and exits on the
first error rather than reporting all failing rows (there's an open issue to
fix this: https://github.com/scalatest/scalatest/issues/178). In the meantime,
there's still opportunities to factor apart the assertions and parameters.
