yes, that's a great idea. The current constraints framework however is just
limited to per-row constraints whereas constraints like `IsDistinct` and (say)
`isSorted` are per-attribute constraints. We should definitely support
per-attribute constraints as well but those may require a different set of
per-operator propagation rules.
