Jumping in as I tour emails this morning -- the current log format is like
`14/07/29 09:43:53`. Full ISO format would be like
`2014-07-29T09:43:53.1234-05:00`. Verbose indeed, although expressing the time
in GMT is more compact: `2014-07-29T14:43:53.1234Z` But then that could confuse
people. It is also expressing milliseconds, which has some value, and
unambiguously expressing the time by including time zone.
