@davies after all splitting the rule made reasoning about sub-queries
easier. So now we have a rule for resolution and one for rewriting.
The rewriting is currently done in a seperate batch in the `Analyzer`. It
is still in the `Analyzer` because the it still contains a few sanity checks
which should be part of Analysis IMO. We could also add a few rules to
CheckAnalysis for this. What do you think?
