    [SPARK-14696][SQL] Add implicit encoders for boxed primitive types

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    We currently only have implicit encoders for scala primitive types. We
should also add implicit encoders for boxed primitives. Otherwise, the
following code would not have an encoder:

    ```scala
    sqlContext.range(1000).map { i => i }
    ```

    ## How was this patch tested?
    Added a unit test case for this.
