[SPARK-14722][SQL] Rename upstreams() -> inputRDDs() in WholeStageCodegen
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Per @rxin's suggestions, this patch renames `upstreams()` to `inputRDDs()`
in `WholeStageCodegen` for better implied semantics
