@zsxwing Can you take a look.
I havent quite nailed down why this was flaky, but my best guess is that
its something to do with StreamingAggregationSuite leaving StateStore
background thread running. Now this can happen in any test suite and it should
not matter. So for to prevent this suite from failing i am making sure
StoreStore is stopped before running this suite. Does this sound good.
