@jkbradley This is awesome work! The code is in a much better state and is
more robust.
@mengxr We had a big refactoring of the decision tree code as a part of the
multiclass PR and this PR. We should consider doing regression testing to
ensure that speed of the decision trees in 1.0 and 1.1 are similar.
