Hi, @hvanhovell . According to your comments, I've worked this for a week,
but I'm afraid of being a bottleneck.
I feel there is a gap between *preventing* and *optimizing*.
Do you think you could take over this issue? If you do that for me, I will
close this PR after merging yours.
I think you are the best person to extend DecimalAggregate optimizer for
Window query.
