[Spark][Graphx] Fix Graph vertexRDD/EdgeRDD checkpoint results
ClassCastException
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The PR fixed compute chain from CheckpointRDD<-vertexRDDImp to
CheckpointRDD<-partitionRDD<- vertexRDDImpl
