[SPARK-14866][SQL] Break SQLQuerySuite out into smaller test suites
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This patch breaks SQLQuerySuite out into smaller test suites. It was a
little bit too large for debugging.
## How was this patch tested?
This is a test only change.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark SPARK-14866
