[MINOR][MAINTENANCE] Deprecation fixes.
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Fixed a bunch of deprecation warnings I saw when compiling the current
Spark `master`.
## How was this patch tested?
No new unit tests needed as far as I know.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
