[SPARK-14858][SQL] Enable subquery pushdown [WIP]
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR adds support for pushing down subquery predicates.
...I will add a better description soon...
### How was this patch tested?
Current tests and one test case in FilterPushdownSuite.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
