@pravingadakh I think you need to update `dev/sparktestsupport/modules.py`.

If I understand correctly, this is used by Jenkins that whenever `tags`
module is changed, all the modules depend on `tags` have to pass the unittest.
@srowen please chime in if I'm wrong since I'm not the export of the build
system.
