Haven't looked in detail (and missed this in my not-so-careful read of the
original patch), but that could be a problem, yes. The test tags need to be in
every project's test classpath.
Regarding `type` vs. `classifier`, I believe `classifier` is the new
recommendation, although both generally work the same for tests.
