    [SPARK-15013] [SQL] Remove hiveConf from HiveSessionState

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    The hiveConf in HiveSessionState is not actually used anymore. Let's remove 
it.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    Existing tests
