@liancheng can you explain what corner case you are thinking of? I actually
don't like `--primary` because, as said before, I was hoping to avoid the
entire concept of a "primary" resource. It doesn't really make sense in the
java context where users might either (a) multiple jars or (b) no jars... in
both of these cases there is really no semantic meaning of a primary resource,
so it's slightly awkward.
