I think we might better change the title and description. From your
comments, I guess it is not a wrong type but dependent on Python's version. So,
I think it would be great if the title implies incompatibility of Python
versions.
Also, the component in the title is `[DOC]`. It would be nicer if an
appropriate component is given or rather removed if it is not the change in DOC.
