[SPARK-15214][SQL] Code-generation for Generate [WIP]
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR adds code generation to `Generate`. It is a work-in-progress as it
currenly only supports the `explode` function, and because I still looking for
a decent way to generalize code generation for `Generator`s.
## How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
