[SPARK-2849] Spark submit should respect --driver-* for client mode
Elsewhere in Spark we explicitly tell users to use these options in favor
of deprecated environment variables. These options do not actually work in
client mode, however, defying user expectations.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/andrewor14/spark submit-driver-extra
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/1770.patch
