[SPARK-15434][SQL] improve EmbedSerializerInFilter rule
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
There is a TODO in `EmbedSerializerInFilter`, saying that we should enable
this rule even if filter condition reference to object attribute more than once.
This PR implements this TODO, with the newly added `ReferenceToExpressions`
## How was this patch tested?
new test in `TypedFilterOptimizationSuite`
