[SPARK-15584][SQL] Abstract duplicate code: `spark.sql.sources.` properties
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR replaces `spark.sql.sources.` strings with
`CreateDataSourceTableUtils.*` constant variables.
## How was this patch tested?
Pass the existing Jenkins tests.
