[DO_NOT_MERGE][ML] Enable java save/load tests for ML
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Because `SPARK-6725` is already Resolved, the `TODO` save/load tests
depending on it can be enabled.
## How was this patch tested?
No tests
I will change the title after all tests passes
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
