    @BryanCutler Am I dreaming or is this for real. I've been trying to solve 
this issue for a very long time. I honestly want to give you a high five now :)
    `default(runtime)` makes sense to me. Some jars don't have sources, 
javadocs, etc. and I wouldn't want things to fail in that case. Pulling in all 
test dependencies is also useless.
