About EmbedSerializerInFilter, I have noted in source code:
`TODO: Remove this after we completely fixes SPARK-15632 by adding
optimization rules For typed filters.`
We can remove EmbedSerializerInFilter in follow up PR when we finished the
optimizers for typed filter.
