Copying comment from JIRA: I think we should focus on porting FPM to
spark.ml rather than adding to the spark.mllib API, even for PySpark wrappers.
Could you please close this issue? It would be great to get your help with the
port to spark.ml: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-14501
