maybe ```spark-shell.cmd``` should also be changed?
```cmd /V /E /C %SPARK_HOME%\bin\spark-submit.cmd spark-shell --class
org.apache.spark.repl.Main %*```
to
```cmd /V /E /C %SPARK_HOME%\bin\spark-submit.cmd spark-shell %* --class
org.apache.spark.repl.Main```
or spark-submit.cmd %* spark-shell ?...
