@MLnick - I _think_ it just a timing condition - if the file is available
in the resource path its all good but if it isn't then its sad. So
https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/f7288e166c696da15e790c28fc3ed78531fd362d
would have passed, but this PR probably changes how long the pylint check takes
(adds mathjax) which surfaces this.
